CAMP OMETZ

Camp Ometz

Camp Ometz (Courage) is a program that brings Jewish teenagers of different abilities to Utah for a week of healing and physical challenge at Park City’s National Ability Center. Combined with local Jewish community programming, their week in the mountains is therapeutic, impactful, and inspirational.

The participants will have a life-changing opportunity to learn to ski and snowboard. Through experiencing the challenges in the mountains, they gain confidence, serenity, and exhilaration. The Utah Jewish Federation has chosen to create this new program for Jews of differing abilities to raise self-esteem and enable participants to discover their abilities.

Get Involved

Join us as teens ages 14–18 with different abilities are invited to join the United Jewish Federation of Utah at the National Ability Center in Park City for a week of adaptive outdoor adventures, from skiing and snowboarding to indoor climbing and more.
