Bio:  Sophy Kohler is the proud owner of Park City Gardens, a 42-year-old business comprised of a garden center, greenhouse, cafe, flower shop and boutique located on historic Park City property. Prior to selling plants and flowers and creating a special spot in our mountain town, she worked in international finance and policy. She held positions at Goldman Sachs, Eurasia Group, Friends of Europe, and Women's World Banking. Sophy received her BA from Lake Forest College and MA from Columbia University. Before becoming a Utah transplant, she lived in New York City, Brussels, Chicago and Washington D.C.
