Park City resident John Davis enjoyed a 50-year career as a restaurateur, wine marketer, and wine writer. In Chicago, his peers voted him the “Wine Educator of the Year.”

During his career, John traveled to vineyards and wine cellars around the globe meeting many of the luminaries of the modern wine world

John will lead a tasting featuring some of the world’s greatest wine grapes as well as sharing some of his wine experiences.
