In the course of writing “Attitude at Altitude: The People’s Guide to Park City and Summit County,” our speaker, Michael O’Malley, may have uncovered a few stories you haven’t heard before. He will share some of them and touch on everything from local history, billboards, dog licenses, to realtors and other shady characters. Join us for a lively conversation about a place we all love but sometimes scratch our heads about.

 

Michael O’Malley has skied in Park City since 1980 and lived here since 1997. He’s held marketing positions in a variety of industries. He now works as a mountain host and hiking guide at Deer Valley Resort, leads “Mines & Wines” tours, and volunteers at the Park City Museum. He’s the only person in all of LinkedIn with the job title of “Stand-up Historian.”
