Celebrate the "fall back" at the end of daylight saving time by talking about the importance of sleep! How much sleep do you need to be healthy? Is it possible to sleep too much? What behaviors are good for sleep? The field of sleep science has been studying these questions for over 50 years, but did you know that our ancestors had some of these answers? Join Kol Ami Member, Kelly Baron, for a discussion about sleep health, including some biblical perspectives. Kelly Baron is a professor at the University of Utah and an internationally renown sleep researcher and clinical psychologist. We know this interactive discussion won't put you to sleep!
