If technology predicts our behavior from what we have done before, does Judaism believe we can become someone different? Free will, habit, teshuvah, and the idea that “a person is shaped by their actions.”

Rabbi Marc Gitler oversees Senior Jewish Education for Valley Beit Midrash and is the visiting Rabbi of Aish San Diego. A Wexner Fellow, he was ordained at Yeshivat Chovevei Torah. The founder of Fast for Feast, he lives in Denver, Colorado, with his family.
