We are going to hold it in the synagogue, moving the big chairs out and setting up tables for 6-8 to accommodate as many people as possible in one large room and serving the meal family style.
The main course options will be beef brisket, roast chicken, or a vegetarian option. (Side dishes of potatoes and vegetables will also be served.) The caterer will also provide broth for matzo ball soup and dessert (flourless chocolate cake with raspberry coulis). The synagogue will provide matzo, Mogen David wine and grape juice; you may bring your own alternative wine if you prefer.
The cost will be the same as last year: $24 for members and their guests ($20 for children under 10), and $40 for non-members ($24 for children under 10). Reservations must be received by Judi Amsel (firstname.lastname@example.org or 801-458-2782) with number of people and choice of main course.
