Lior Lev Sercarz is a chef, spice blender and owner of La Boîte, a biscuits and spice shop in New York City, and author of the cookbooks The Art of Blending and The Spice Companion. Belly Laughs is a live, 70-minute stage show featuring Joel’s unique brand of uplifting, positive Jewish comedy; a cooking demonstration by Lior; and an onstage interview/Q&A with Lior, conducted by Joel, about what it’s like to be an Israeli chef in the New York culinary scene.
