Speaker: Dr Merav Moshe Grodofsky
Bio: Dr. Merav Moshe-Grodofsky is the Chair of the School of Social Work at Sapir College in Israel. She teaches, practices, writes and conducts research on human rights practice, community organizing, and the combination of the two as a method to promote people-to-people relationships and peace building among disadvantaged and multicultural groups within societies and between societies in conflict. She has worked extensively with both Jewish and Arab communities in Israel and in the Middle East.
Over the last six years Dr. Moshe-Grodofsky has become a certified Eagala professional and is currently working towards her advanced certificate. She is engaged in work with young women, war veterans and groups through the Eagala Equine-Assisted model.
